We are thrilled to extend an invitation to your college to host our upcoming Summer Industrial Internship Program on Electric Bike Manufacturing. Our internship program will provide your students with hands-on experience in the field of sustainable transportation and green technology.

This specific industrial training of an Electric Bike Manufacturing covers;

⚡️Introduction to Electric Bikes: This module will provide an overview of electric bikes, including their history, the current state of the market, and future prospects.

⚡️Electric Bike Components: This module will cover the components that make up an electric bike, including the motor, battery, controller, and display.

⚡️Electric Bike Design: This module will cover the design principles for electric bikes, including frame design, suspension, and other components.

⚡️Electric Bike Assembly: This module will cover the assembly process for electric bikes, including how to assemble the various components, testing, and quality control.

⚡️Electric Bike Maintenance and Repair: This module will cover maintenance and repair techniques for electric bikes, including how to troubleshoot common problems and how to perform regular maintenance tasks.

⚡️Sustainable Manufacturing Practices: This module will cover sustainable manufacturing practices, including how to minimize waste and reduce the environmental impact of electric bike manufacturing.

⚡️Industry Trends and Innovations: This module will cover the latest trends and innovations in the electric bike industry, including emerging technologies, new materials, and design trends.

⚡️Hands-on Training: In addition to classroom instruction, many Electric Bike Manufacturing programs also include hands-on training and workshops, where students will have the opportunity to build and test electric bikes under the guidance of experienced professionals.

The complete training is divided into 2 parts;

1. Online (Focused more on Designing)
2. Offline (Focused more on Manufacturing)

The online part is made accessible to all the registered participants before they come for the manufacturing sessions at our centre, this is done to bring them to a common benchmark to understand the course.

The Offline part which is focused in manufacturing will be completely hands on wherein the participant will involve to manufacture the compete electric bike under our expert guidance.
